International Sales and Application Specialist
We are seeking an International Sales and Application Specialist to join our exceptional sales and application team. This person will be a trusted advisor and scientific expert, building solid relationships with distributors and customers by unlocking the full potential of our innovative devices.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain distributors' relationships to identify and pursue opportunities to drive sales and maximize sales opportunities.

Develop sales plans and initiatives with distributors to grow market share and achieve quarterly and annual targets.

Be a timely contact point for distributors and end-users regarding product usability, clinical issues, etc.

Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and applications through scientific publications for Marketing needs and Sales activities.

Promote sales of the company's products through product demonstrations, executing webinars, preparing presentations, and participating in conferences.

Carry out comprehensive training for distributors and end users to ensure they are equipped to use the company's products properly.

Monitor customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and implement feedback into product improvements.

Monitor competitive activity and operate accordingly.

Participate in developing innovative strategies to introduce new devices to potential customers.

Produce scientific and clinical content for Marketing purposes.
Qualifications

At least a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or life science. A Master's in Business administration is an advantage.

At least 3-5 years of experience applying scientific knowledge to increase international sales and profit goals in the medical device field.

Complete command and fluency in English - both verbal and written, other languages are an advantage.

Proficiency in sourcing and analyzing scientific and clinical data.

Ability to simplify complex professional content into marketing messages.

Experience or affinity for copywriting.

Technical orientation, which enables comprehension of the functionality of advanced medical systems.

Being a problem-solver with high analytical skills.

Being mentally flexible, adapting to challenging circumstances, diverse customers, creative and proactive thinking.

Being a team player who can work independently and collaborate smoothly with colleagues in and across departments, building solid relationships and boosting efficiency.
